Register for ReadyMontco, Pottstown’s new emergency alert system
As of January 1, 2023, ReadyMontco, will be the main source of emergency communication for the Borough of Pottstown & Pottstown Borough Authority. You can now elect to receive time-sensitive e-mail and text messages. To register click link below.
The Borough will be switching to ReadyMontco due to the inability of the previous system to send messages via text and e-mail which are essential communication methods to an increasingly mobile society. The ReadyMontco system allows for many different forms of communication and better customization and control of notifications by the user. You can elect to receive time-sensitive messages wherever you specify, such as your home, mobile or business phones, email addresses, text messages and more. You pick where, you pick how.
