a.

Motion to grant the Conditional Use request of John Pizza, Jr., d/b/a American Rod, Race and Restoration, LLC, to operate an automobile repair station at property located at 351 West High Street, with conditions as stated in the Order dated November 9, 2020

b.

Motion to authorize the advertisement and make available for public inspection the 2021 Budget, dated November 4, 2020, with projected revenues of $49,325,681 and projected expenses at $49,325,681

c.

Motion to authorize advertisement of an Ordinance to fix the Borough tax rate for real property for the Year 2021 with total millage not to exceed 13.622

d.

Motion to authorize execution of the Cooperative Memorandum of Agreement between PennDOT and the Borough of Pottstown for the installation of communication cable and closed-circuit television

e.

Motion to grant request of Traffic Planning and Design for an extension for the Pottstown Area Closed Loop Signal System project, Part III, to December 31, 2021 to coordinate with the end of the construction timetable

f.

Motion adopt a Resolution extending and establishing guidelines and policy for outdoor sales of food and merchandise of existing businesses in certain portions of the Borough during the coronavirus pandemic for a six (6) month period

g.

Motion to adopt a Resolution temporarily altering and extending the biennial inspection of residential rental units

h.

Motion to grant preliminary/final approval of the Sly Fox Cabana/Bocce Court Minor Land Development Plan, 331 Circle of Progress, subject to satisfying the following conditions within 90 days:

 i.   Compliance with the Montgomery County Planning Commission letter of October 7, 2020 

ii.    Compliance with the Cedarville Engineering Letter of October 14, 2020

iii.   Placement of a Note on the Plan regarding speed bump in the Borough’s right of way         acceptable to the Borough Solicitor 

iv.  Preparation and execution of a stormwater operation and maintenance agreement

v.   Payment in full of all Borough review fees

vi.  Payment in lieu of open space

i.

Motion to grant the following waiver requests from the Sly Fox Cabana/Bocce Court Minor Land Development Plan:

  1. Section 22-A402.2 – off site features
  2. Section 22-A504.4 – Dedication of open space

j.

Motion to extend the payment due date to December 18, 2020 under Paragraph 6 of the Upper Pottsgrove Agreement to Purchase Additional Capacity

k.

Motion to appoint an individual as the representative to the Pottstown Area Regional Recreation Committee and an individual as the Alternate representative, as required in the Intergovernmental Cooperative Implementation Agreement (ICA)

l.

Motion to appoint an individual to the Human Relations Commission for a four (4) year term to expire November 14, 2024

m.

Possible motion on the variance request of Mike Moyer/Recon Properties, for property located at 804 Farmington Avenue

n.

Motion to approve a Certificates of Appropriateness for the following properties as recommended by HARB:
