PUBLIC COMMENT POLICY
Those participating virtually wishing to speak during Public Comment, whether participating by electronic devise or telephone, must submit their name and full address through GoToMeeting chat or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests to speak will be accepted until 7:05 p.m., at which time chat will be closed, and no further requests for comment will be honored.
Those attending in person wishing to speak must sign the sign-in sheet located at the front of the Meeting Room.
As always, Public Comment will be limited to three minutes per person.
