A rental inspection is required on a biannual basis, or whenever a rental unit has a change in occupancy between July 1, 2015 and December 31, 2017. Beginning on January 1, 2018, inspections of all rental units will occur on a biannual basis only. It will still be required to provide new tenant names upon change of tenant by using a Change of Tenant form.
