Learning First Aid and CPR offers you the chance to help others in your home and community by saving a life. Join us for American Heart Association CPR & First Aid. These classes will provide you with the skills you need to feel confident in the event of an emergency and the ability to use supplies that are available to you in most any environment. Certifications are good for two years. Includes American Heart Association Workbook Must be a minimum of 12 years old to register. For players 18 years and older, limited to 20 participants. Pick-up basic instruction. One of our longest-running courses at 35 years, Indoor Soccer promises active and healthy fun. Adult Volleyball League
With such events as The Rumble in June and our long-standing nighttime indoor leagues, Pottstown was made for volleyball!

Judo courses teach the fundamentals of self-defense, discipline, and self-confidence. Focus is placed on learning the proper application of throwing and grappling techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Advanced students have routinely participated in local tournaments.

Kung Fu

Join us for an introductory 6 week session and see if it’s for you! Classes will be held at Red Cloud Kung Fu located at 307 East High Street Pottstown. Introductory session is $75 per person. Red Cloud Kung Fu teaches Tien Sha Pai, a Northern Kung Fu style that provides correct body alignment, agility and strength. Learn how Kung Fu can give you flexibility, endurance and coordination all while learning the fundamentals of a traditional and powerful martial art. You will learn the 10 basic stretching exercises, stances, punches and kicks in an intense but fun workout. You will learn self-defense, gain confidence and feel more energetic. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and sneakers, bring a towel, water, and your enthusiasm.
