> How Do I...

This page contains many questions that are frequently asked by Borough residents.

Pay a Bill

The most convenient way to pay your Water and Sewer bill is on-line via the e-gov page.

You can pay in person at the Finance Department cashier’s window, on the second floor of Borough Hall, 100 E. High Street, at the local branches of Harleysville Bank, or you can mail it to the Post Office box listed on the quarterly bill.

For your after business hours convenience, there is also a payment drop box located inside the Police Entrance on the South side of Borough Hall. It is located on your right side before you go in the next set of doors. The drop box is checked daily.

Payments made in person, or put into the drop box, are credited upon receipt.

Payments made at the bank, or sent to the Post Office box, require several days to allow both the bank and the Borough to process the paperwork through our respective systems. (We should note that this process has been shortened significantly in recent months, as a result of combining our technology with the bank’s technology.)

We are now able to take credit card payments at the cashier window or on-line at the above link.
