The Administration Department is comprised of the Borough Manager, the Assistant Borough Manager and the Human Resources Coordinator and several administrative assistants.

The Borough Manager serves at the will of the Borough Council and is responsible for the direction and coordination of all Borough departments and programs, except police, and of its administrative management.

The Department also oversees the operations of the Pottstown Area Rapid Transit System and the Pottstown Municipal Airport.

The Human Resources Department coordinates personnel matters, advertising and placement of open positions and other related employee/management matters.
