The Historical Architectural Review
Board has the primary responsibility of maintaining
guidelines for for the many structures that are part
of the National Register of Historical Places. In
addition some items in the Historic District require
a standard HARB Application. Since the HARB District
also has different guidelines for sinage, you will
need to complete the Certificate
of Appropriateness/Sign Application.
